At Noelridge Christian Church, Christian Education seeks to enable each member to grow as a maturing Christian in a journey of faith. Our mission is to help each person in our faith community to become biblically informed, to learn about worship and prayer, and to live in the world as a caring Christian. We want teach person to understand the importance of Christ's life and His death for their lives.
ADULT CLASSES
If you are not currently attending an adult Sunday school class, you are missing a lot. As you look into the future, perhaps getting into regular Christian study needs to be on your list. List of Adult Classes
NURSERY MINISTRY
The Nursery Ministry is a ministry both to parents and children. It provides a safe, loving environment for children while their parents are attending worship, studying God's word or working in a minisitry area.
Our nurseries are staffed with a paid caregiver who is Infant/Early Childhood First Aid/CPR-trained and one or more volunteers during worship services and the Sunday School hour, with a minimum of two caregivers at all times.
Our policy is to have one caregiver for every three infants, one caregiver for every four toddlers, and one caregiver for every six preschoolers.
During this time, the caregivers interact with the children by reading books and telling stories, singing songs, and guiding conversations.
SUNDAY CHURCH SCHOOL
Each child who has been in Sunday School is assigned to a class. If your child is attending for the first time, please come to the office for more information.
Church School Schedule
All ages
9:30 - 10:30 between the first and second worship services
JUNIOR YOUTH FELLOWSHIP (JYF)
Third, fourth and fifth graders are members of JYF. The purpose is to give the youth a sense of belonging and the opportunity to have fun in a Christian environment. The Youth Group meets each Wednesday from 6:15 to 7:30 p.m.
Special events are planned throughout the school year, and are scheduled at times other than youth group time.
JUNIOR HIGH YOUTH FELLOWSHIP (TNT)
TNT (Teens 'n' Trust) youth group (sixth, seventh, and eighth grades) meets every Wednesday night from 6:15 to 7:30 p.m. The purpose is to give the youth a sense of belonging and the opportunity to grow spiritually and have fun in a Christian environment.
CHRISTIAN YOUTH FELLOWSHIP (WORD of God)
WORD of God (High School age youth) meets every Sunday nights at 5:30 p.m. WORD of God provides fellowship and opportunities for spiritual growth in a caring Christian environment, as well as entertainment.
